VTEC’s mission is to deliver accelerated, high-demand training that leads to guaranteed employment, ensuring no transitioning soldier or veteran faces long-term unemployment after military service.
Through direct placement with vetted hiring partners, VTEC strengthens military families and local economies while saving over $100 million in federal UCX expenditures for 10,000 veterans over five years, generating $520 million in annual wages, and producing $4.37 billion in annual economic output.
