What can I do after training?

Graduates of VTEC’s programs qualify for various skilled roles in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Appliance Repair. They can start their careers as Residential or Commercial Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, or Appliance Repair Technicians. While additional training may be required to obtain a master license in their chosen field, VTEC’s programs equip participants with the foundational skills needed to enter the workforce. Opportunities also exist to specialize as Inspectors, Contractors, or business owners. VTEC’s Tesla Energy Training prepares participants to install Tesla Powerwalls, solar panels, and energy storage systems. Additionally, the Renewable Energy & EV Charger Installation program provides pathways to roles such as EV Charger Installer, Solar Panel Installer, and Energy Storage Technician, with further career growth potential in project management positions within the renewable energy sector.
