Job and Economic Impact
Our mission, Operation 2025 Zero Cost Transition: 1,000 Strong for 2025, is dedicated to empowering soldiers transitioning out of the military, veterans, National Guard members, and reservists with valuable, in-demand skills that create lasting economic benefits for individuals and communities across the U.S. Over the next five years, we aim to train between 1,000 to 5,000 participants in essential fields shaping the future economy, including advanced energy solutions, EV technicians, robotics, home & business automation, and smart HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and similar solutions.

Through hands-on training, we project an economic impact of $40 to $500 million. This impact is fueled by increased job placements, reduced unemployment, and the strengthened financial stability of thousands of military families. Our initiative not only addresses American industries' demand for skilled workers but also ensures that our service members have access to high-quality employment and economic opportunities as they transition to civilian life.
